Training

What a round here
actually looks like

Warm-up, technique, then pads until the coach is satisfied. Clinch and sparring when you are ready for them — never before.

A fighter lands a full-extension roundhouse kick on the coach's Thai pads, lit from the side.

Pad work

One-to-one with a coach. Combinations called until the shape is right — the core of every session.

Two fighters sparring in the covered ring, gloves up as a kick comes in, national flags strung overhead.

Clinch & sparring

The part you cannot learn from a video. Partners at your level, supervised the whole way.

A heavy bag hanging in front of the gym's hand-painted lion mural.

Bags & conditioning

Bag rounds, skipping, bodyweight and core work. Push at your own pace on a quiet afternoon.

A referee raises the winner's arm after a decision, Thai flag banner and packed crowd behind.

Fight night

Train long enough and ask, and the coaches will find you a card and work your corner. Nobody is pushed.

Fighters doing knee-raise drills on the beach at sunrise, karst islands and longtail boats behind.
